Delivery times depend on the diamond's origin and whether it ships domestically or internationally. Our standard shipping window is 5–10 business days, but most customers receive their diamond within about a week and a half after purchase.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your diamond leaves our facility, after it has been imported and cleared through customs.
Most shipping time is due to customs processing, which unfortunately cannot be expedited. While we can sometimes speed up the final delivery leg, this usually only shortens the wait by 1–2 business days.
Yes, we ship to most countries. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can deliver to your location.
By default, a signature is not required. However, you can request signature confirmation at checkout for extra security. For high-risk orders, we may require a signature at our discretion.
